At our office Samsung GSCL Sweden AB in Kista we are currently looking for a fulltime:
Inbound supervisor/ Logistics coordinator
Purpose:
Execute inbound control and direct delivery process for Samsung Electronics goods in order to achieve smooth inbound process, monitor goods in-transit, inform internal customer about stock visibility and cost savings.
Key activities:
• Execute daily inbound transport planning and monitoring;
• Act as a contact and escalation person for order desk, 3PL partners and SCM coordinator as well as direct contact for key stakeholder and higher management to supply information and provide advice on inbound process and projects;
• Continued analysis of Inbound operation and KPI performance in order to monitor any disturbances and reprioritize activities within the inbound team;
• Initiate and implement process improvements and cost saving projects;
• Lead and Coordinate inbound projects to accomplish innovative process improvements,
• Ensure security compliance is adhered too as per company security process to prevent loss.
• Assist with audits and compliance checks;
• Supervise and support all inbound activity with inbound coordinators;
• Organize regular meetings with inbound team, logistics service providers and key stakeholders to ensure transparent communication on inbound activity and projects.

Profile:
• Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or similar.
• Minimum 3 years working experience with sea and airfreight;
• Skilled in MS Office and ERP system;
• Good, proven communication skills;
• Hands on mentality with proven ability to work in a team;
• Innovative mindset;
• Cultural awareness;
• Flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality.
