Job description
As an In-house Application Specialist you will have three main work areas:
• Perform remote fine tuning on one of our top systems within the microbiology range, MALDI-ToF.
• Take customer calls and emails related to technical complaints and questions. Register, categorize, forward and follow up in SAP, with colleagues and the customer. Support complaint handling for field staff in SAP.
• Take care of administrative tasks related to field actions - creation of concerned customer data, service orders and follow up.
This demands a high commitment, self -driven, result and customer oriented personality.
You will be an important asset contributing to the Nordic Clinical Team.
You will report directly to the Nordic Commercial Manager based in Finland.
It is essential to have a good knowledge and understanding in clinical bacteriology. To have knowledge for diagnostic and work experience equivalent is creditable.
Desirable background and characteristics
• Bachelor / Master degree in microbiology or similar discipline
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English are mandatory. Danish, Norwegian and Finnish languages are desirable but not mandatory.
• Personal profile characterized by customer focus, result focus, solution orientation and service minded approach
• Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
• Good at administrative tasks
• Good understanding and previous work relating to GLP and QMS guidelines
• Self-driven and innovative
• IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite is mandatory
