hela Sverige Position DescriptionProcess and IT (P&IT) is of increasing strategic importance for the Volvo Group. There are new opportunities that will make us work more global, more integrated and more efficient throughout the Volvo Group and Group Trucks Technology. The P&IT function has the mission to drive process and IT strategy, development, efficiency and implementation for GTT. The P&IT Develop Embedded Solutions team within GTT Process & IT has the task to lead global Process & IT development Projects within our area of responsibility. We are now looking for an Improvement Leader and Business Sub Portfolio Manager to join our global team in this exiting journey. The position offers a stimulating and dynamic work environment. Our mission is to implement new or updated processes and tools to support the Requirements Engineering area to meet the future in commercial vehicle customer demands.The intro has an eye-catching purpose. You will be part of a team that operates in a multi brand, global environment with high spirit based upon trust.Main Activities and Core ResponsibilitiesAs Improvement Leader you will work in close cooperation with responsible Process Owners in the line organizations and Project managers. You will lead studies to explore new opportunities, perform benchmarks, and work with continuous improvements, support product projects and change management activities to ensure successful deployment and rollout of new processes and ways of working to secure an end to end perspective. As a Business Sub Portfolio Managers you will develop IT-tool roadmaps, manage the budget and secure to meet line organization needs.QualificationSuccessful applicants will have business consulting and project management experience in developing processes, methods and tools. A track record in managing change in a global organization is beneficial. As a person, you are driven, innovative and you have a strong customer focus and a service minded attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility, act with integrity and with a result oriented mind set. You have 3-5 years' experience in process development and is an engineering graduate in Systems Engineering.
