Are you passionate about driving operational performance and continuous improvement? Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for an Improvement Engineer to join our team. As an Improvement Engineer, you will champion and provide follow-up to Kaizen improvement events targeted towards increasing operational performance consistent with the business plan. You will lead both direct and indirect co-workers as necessary to meet all business requirements. You will also lead and facilitate 5S activities and ensure long-term sustainability. You will effectively and cooperatively deploy LEAN & Continuous Improvement methods into the organization and develop recommendations and identify opportunities to improve processes. You will support the development, follow-up, and maintaining operational performance and metrics. You will identify methods to improve the capture of key metrics and supporting reporting of metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.

You will support teams to teach and expand the basic knowledge of industrialization and Continuous Improvement philosophy. This includes facilitating and supporting workshops, training, and administering improvement programs. You will support the visual factory inclusive of communications tools, monitoring of product flow, ongoing review of progress to set targets.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Fluent in English and Swedish
* Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard reporting tools
* Leading cross-functional projects to deliver the organization's goals
