hela Sverige Vizrt Group, the global leader in broadcasting graphics, is seeking an Implementation Lead to join our growing Business Applications team within the Global IT department. With offices in over 30 countries, we are on an exciting journey to enhance our support for the business. As an Implementation Lead, you will collaborate closely with business process owners to drive the implementation of processes and systems related to the Sales and delivery processes, supported by Salesforce, Microsoft Business Central/Navision, and Customer Licensing.
This is a new role within our organization, providing you with the opportunity to have an impact by setting your own path and roadmap.
As an Implementation Lead, you will:
• Collaborate closely with business process owners to support the implementation of enhanced processes and solutions for the business organization, focusing on Salesforce, MS Business Central, and Customer Licensing.
• Oversee the delivery of improvement initiatives from start to finish, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
• Facilitate documentation of business requests, business processes, and solution documentation in collaboration with stakeholders from the business and solution experts from IT.
• Coordinate IT delivery efforts across multiple teams, such as Salesforce, ERP, Licensing, and oversee and follow up on work in sprints, tracking their impact.
• Prepare and provide status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders in both the business and IT.
• Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined and transparent project management approach.
About You:
• You have 5-10+ years of experience working as a business consultant, implementation consultant, or project manager, preferably in a consulting company.
• You have hands-on experience in mapping business requirements to processes, ideally within the order-to-cash process, demonstrating a strong understanding of business processes and IT solutions.
• You have actively participated in several CRM or ERP implementations within global organizations.
• You are structured, driven, and consistently seek to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvements.
• You are a collaborative team player who is committed to driving the company's success.

Additional Information:
The Stockholm office is home to a diverse team of approximately 70 employees representing over 20 different nationalities. We will be moving to a brand new office located in Lilla Bantorget, near Stockholm Central Station, providing a convenient and modern workspace for our team.
