We're keen to attract the very best engineering graduates from Sweden. Reflecting our broad range of engineering innovation, our two-year graduate programme offers a uniquely diverse experience. Graduates will undertake different rotations, getting exposure to a range of projects and locations.
Across various areas including R&D, Production, Project Management and Technical Sales, they'll work on live projects, taking on real responsibility and experiencing the product lifecycle end-to-end.
Our programme has been developed to support their personal and professional growth. IMI will offer a wide range of demanding but rewarding experiences.
In 2016, all 30 graduates will join IMI in September for a 2 week induction together in the UK. During their induction they will be assigned their mentors, learn more about their division and also receive feedback from their assessment centre.
Over the course of the two-year programme, they'll gain a detailed understanding of the division, its technologies and the market in which it operates.
ProfilWe are looking for Graduates that possess the following capacities;
• Passionate about engineering innovation
• Creative engineering minded
• Ambitious and committed
• Want to make a difference
• Possess a Can-do attitude and collaborative behaviours
• Focussed and determined
They should also:
• Be studying towards or have aquired a good bachelors degree in either Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Egineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering.
• Have some work experience: paid or voluntary
• Be at least of intermediate level in the language of the country they are applying to
• Fluent English spoken aswell as written
