Job description:
We are, on behalf of our client, looking for an Image Advisor to join the Image Control Team who:
• focuses on the quality of the images - which controls the production standard
• keep internal trainings
• produces manuals to provide the clients
In addition to defining the image quality you will support clients via email and through Looklet's own software, create and update training material such as manuals, perform some basic image retouching and put together detailed instructions to the team in Sri Lanka who performs the main adjustments. You'll work closely with the production team and the clients.
Possibilities:
You will be working in a dynamic and diverse environment where you will be able to participate in finding ways to make the processes even more efficient. You will also have the possibility to assist in the training of our production departments and to be included in cross functional projects. Requirements: We believe that you are a driven and service-minded team player with a passion for administration. You are positive, meticulous, structured, and good at managing stressful situations. Good skills in Adobe Photoshop is necessary. Educated or self-learned doesn't matter since we will put a lot of weight on your personality but you need to have knowledge and experience in working with adjustment layers, layer masks, layer structure and garment retouch. We would like you to at least have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of work experience. Having experience in quality assurance or from another service profession e.g. customer service is an advantage, so is having interest in the fashion industry. You must be able to communicate in English.
