Job Summary

EITTE EMEA Engineering Operation Sweden - Kista site is part of BNEP organization; we provide IT and Test Services to the Ericsson Business which exceeds the commitments we make to our stakeholders. Acting as an enabler of business success by developing, implementing and operating EITTE services at the right speed, right quality at the lowest possible cost is the primary goal and a fundamental element of our mission. We drive test operational efficiency and technology leadership and playing a large role in connecting people to our test and design environments, servicing the R&D centers, Global ICT Centers (GIC) program, BUSS, and in some cases our external customers.
The organization is also heavily involved and one of the key organizations in the Global ICT Centers program and playing active role during the planning, onboarding, execution, and transition phases of such projects.

As an ICT Operations Manager the purpose of the role is to lead an organization towards its goal in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality in accordance with the agreement made with the project sponsor. The ICT Operations Manager is responsible for supporting assigned service delivery operations across the delivery units and towards stakeholder's groups.
The ICT Operations Manager will work mainly towards BICP IT&Cloud and will be accountable for the Shared Cloud stakeholder (Cloud Room in GIC RO), And will drive the E3 setup on both levels BU/DU and PDU. The E3 team consists of resources from both EITTE and PDU.
The ICT Operations Manager is the main interface and single point of contact towards all EITTE stakeholder's groups and Global ICT Centers (GIC) program and ensures that a contract for products and/or services is delivered to the satisfaction of the Project sponsor and Ericsson.
The ICT Operations Manager will lead and drive a large team of ICT Project Managers, ICT Engineers, ICT Architects, ICT HW Coordinators, Asset Management

The ICT Operations Manager is responsible for supporting assigned service delivery operations across the delivery units and towards specific user groups. The ICT Operations Manager can be responsible within 3 areas. The Local Operations Manager (LOM) is responsible for "orders from" and deliveries to specific user groups with hands-on local operational and forecasting responsibility. The Service Operations Manager (SOM) is responsible for a specific supporting service across all delivery units, supporting the "delivery from" function.. The Domain Operations Manager (DOM) is responsible for an aggregated service that consists of multiple supporting services for a specific defined domain.ICT Operations managers can also hold global responsibilities toward cross organization alignments for sites such as GICs, Verification Centers and Business Near Centers. OPM is required to align global requirements to sites as well as to align ways of working across same type sites with respect to strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Operate Services

Ensure portfolio of services offered match user requirements
Improve the framework/process for the delivery of services.
Support Work Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements
Assign and source resources in accordance with strategies and frames
Develop and maintain relationships across service groups and/or geographic areas
Plan, run and Follow up on meetings and action plans
Communicate relevant business information
Manage Business continuity
Familiar with BICP IT&Cloud deliveries areas

Deploy Services

Drive the Service deployment and transition of changed or new services into operations
Ensure high quality service delivery on all updates to current services or of new service
Review any changes to services offered and engage teams to ensure quality
Manage Service Financials

Budget and manage operations cost

Manage and follow-up of financial forecast
Manage the Capex/Opex budget related to services delivered in house
Follow up financial performance for services. Track and manage deviations.
Contribute to the ITTE Road Map work by providing estimates of changes to operations cost.
Optimize budget utilization
