As ICC Service Owner at Schibsted Enterprise Tech you will work closely with the business and tech organisation in creating a strong and highly successful Integration Competence Center. You are responsible for building the Enterprise Tech ICC into a real powerhouse ensuring the current and future success of Schibsted tech initiatives. You will report to the Head of Development at Schibsted Enterprise Tech.

Your main responsibilities will be Build the Enterprise Tech ICC into a real powerhouse supporting the Schibsted business in every best way possible Lead the ICC in order to align strategies and roadmaps with business needs Streamline the global ICC team located in Stockholm/Oslo/Krakow Constantly work on improving the deliveries from our suppliers Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, service owners, enterprise architects to ensure that our ICC (tech/process/organisation) is aligned at an early stage Enable the ICC team (architects/developers) to constantly improve the integrations services provided to the business Ensure integrations strategies are created, executed and clearly communicated within Schibsted Own and maintain financials/budget relating to ICC (process/tech)
Skills and expertise Passion for people and technology Passionate about building global ICC (tech/process/organisation) At least 10 years experience within IT At least 3 years successful experience of building/running global ICC in large scale organisation as Service Owner/Manager Enjoy creating and executing on ICC strategies Ability to clearly communicate with business and technical experts Ability to define high level integration architecture Experience of owning/maintaining budget/financials Very good at prioritizing tasks
