ICBP PA Support and Change Communications

Purpose of the role: Driving and supporting internal communications activities required in our PA:s. Supporting where required on Change Communications; for instance in transformations or changes in contracts.

Skills, knowledge and experience to be successful in role

Leadership
Experience of leading complex communications projects/ such as a change project/ MS deal.
Experience of working with senior leaders

Sales/ Customer
Business acumen/ understanding

Functional/ Technical
Brand knowledge & skills Marketing knowledge & skills Communication skills for professionals - focus on change communications

Other unique requirements
Understanding that the role is both strategic and operational, we will work as a team where all would have to be operational.
