Service Delivery & Problem Management: Review Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and collaborate with vendors - to suggest proactive measures for resolving recurring problem tickets. You'll also assist support teams by provide guidance for the resolution of critical incidents.

About the team:
Joining our team means becoming part of a high-performing group, with great experience. Collaboration is at the core of our culture, and you'll find that team members are always willing to contribute and offer help when needed.
As a senior team member, we trust you to take the lead and manage your tasks independently without constant oversight. We offer weekly catch-ups, a supportive environment and easy access to advice to help you thrive.
You will report to CISO | GIS Information Security Director.
