GIS have a global reach with the major locations in Huskvarna (Sweden), Ulm (Germany and Charlotte (North America) but also with significant IT representation in UK, Belgium, South America and China. Initially GIS will engage some 300 staff globally.
Director of GIS Performance
Husqvarna group is searching for a Director of Global Information Services (GIS) Performance to lead the GIS Performance department. The GIS Performance department supports the Global Information Services organization with vital services for a global organization. This includes strategic sourcing competence, process management, controlling, portfolio management, communications and integrated assurance.
The Head of GIS Performance has a significant impact on the future of GIS by being responsible for vital functions necessary to support a global organization including direct ownership of GIS Strategic Sourcing management. The position is preferably based in Huskvarna. The Head of GIS Performance reports directly to the CIO and is a member of the GIS leadership team.
The position will involve close interaction with the CIO and all parts of the GIS organization in order to ensure effective and efficient control, planning and follow-up of ongoing activities. The position will also be responsible for all cross-functional internal IT improvement projects.
The department is expanding, and will have five to ten staff and a budget in the range of 10 - 20 MSEK, with indirect control over 50 - 100 MSEK.

Qualifications
• University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or related discipline
• Strong leadership with international experience
• Extensive experience from project and program management
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
