Volvo Cars - Driving change together
Volvo Cars' continued success is the result of a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive working environment. Today, we are one of the most well-known and respected car brands, with over 40,000 employees across the globe. At Volvo Cars, your career is designed around your skills and aspirations so you can reach your full potential.

For the right person, an inspiring, and creative workplace awaits. Did you know that every Volvo Cars employee worldwide has the right to our Family Bond, our new all-gender, paid parental leave policy? You'll also enjoy a culture and benefits package that's made us one of the world's most awarded and progressive employers.

By 2025, we aim to sell 1.2 million cars annually, 50% of which will be electric vehicles and sold directly to customers through digital channels. Join us on the journey of a lifetime as we create the driving and electrification technologies of tomorrow.

It's all about people.
We have always prioritized people in everything we do. Curiosity about others' needs is key to creating safe, personalized, and sustainable mobility solutions. If you believe in the power of people and share our respect for human-centered innovation, you'll thrive here. Surrounded by brilliant, curious colleagues, all committed to making a difference. We are people who care about other people.

We call our HR organization at Volvo Cars People Experience (PX). Within People Experience you are part of a global team with the mission to make Volvo Cars the employer of choice by improving our employee experience every day. You and the team handle the most precious resource for the success of the company - our talents.

What you'll do:
If you want a chance to influence an exciting business together with engaged leaders and colleagues and embrace constant development, then this is the place to be. You will be part of a PX team that works close to the business and our extended PX community.

As a PX Partner within Engineering, you will work closely with our managers and leaders driving different HR initiatives in several management teams. In this role, you will work closely with our PX Partners who support different units.

Together you will drive the PX agenda including areas of:
• Leadership development and coaching
• Performance management
• Culture, inclusion & belonging.
• Talent development and succession planning
• Swedish Labour Law

We emphasize a cross functional & global collaboration within the Engineering organization as well as the whole PX organization. This means that you will be part of a constantly changing and developing function where we adapt and work together as a collaborative team to match needs and opportunities in the business.

What you'll bring:
You hold a relevant university degree within HR or other equivalent area with solid experience working as a business partner, ideally from another global organization. You have a good understanding of the impact HR has on the growth of the business. We see that you have previous experience with delivering operational HR support and have impacted improvements and change across a portfolio of HR services. You aim to support the business on a change management transformation, ensuring improvements that secure the best possible employee experience. You show a desire to build a creative culture across the business, affect change where needed and maintain a positive work environment. We also value your ability to analyze and use data to ensure correct business decisions.

If you also thrive in a team environment, have situational adaptability in an environment with shifting demands, and possess good stakeholder management skills, you're exactly who we're looking for.
