Human Resources Officer
Work description
Your responsibilities include:
• Personnel development and training
• Health and safety
• Recruitment of personnel
• Labour/Employee relations
• External contacts
• Support the local Lean initiatives
You report to the Human Resources
Director Halmstad Plant
Applicant profile
You have an education on University level within Human Resources or equiv. and at least 5 years experience from working within HR area.
You have knowledge of the Lean toolbox.
You are dynamic and objective orientated and like to work with people in an international organization which is in continuous development.
You have a strong continuous improvement approach.
You also have a wish to take on more responsibility in the future.
