Job Description
Our local organization is growing and we have been and are still facing a substantial ramp up. To be able to focus and support our business development together with our leaders, we are now strengthening our organization with a HR Manager Örebro Product Company within the division Underground Rock Excavation Division.
We as a HR team works closely together with the business and its managers- leveraging and facilitating their strategies. We build confidence in HR as strategic partners, ensure efficiency in the delivery of our people management processes/administration and also make sure we have access to available expertise for common policies and frameworks. We are here to guide and support our managers in successful Underground Rock Excavation Business.
Work tasks
As our HR Manager you will work very closely with the HR team which consists of three HR Business Partners and three HR professionals. As the manager for this team, you will coach, develop, prioritize and lead the team to support each other and the organization.
You will support us in keeping a common focus, together we make it happen!
The team works with leader and organizational development within the organization, and your task is to work with both the team and the organization regarding these areas. Together with the team you work with continuous improvement projects within HR and you will drive, participate and prioritize together with the group to make this happen.
In this role you will interact and negotiate with trade unions, together with the HR Business Partners to make sure we keep our good dialogue and relationship with the unions.
You will proactively engage with the business to understand and support the strategy and participate and contribute in the local business management team with your HR expertise. Together with the General Manager you will help this team grow to an even greater success!
Within Atlas Copco Rock Drills we are four divisions with local HR teams and you will work closely together with the other HR managers to develop our HR delivery and process and how to Guide and coach managers in People Management Processes (Attract, Develop & Keep).
Requirements
As our HR manager, you take pride in the HR delivery, you see a clear connection to our business results and have a strategic point of view. You have solid experience from HR roles and preferably a HR manager background with proven leadership skills.
As person you are curious and want to drive continuous improvement. People describe you as a person with a positive attitude with focus on the opportunities at hand. You are motivated by interacting with people and develop others through providing guiding, advice and coaching.
You will manage and develop the HR organization through building trust, support and prioritizing your own, and your team's workload. You have experience from delegating and negotiations.
We think that you have a University degree within relevant field or equal experience.
