The studio was founded in 1997, and brought into the Ubisoft family in 2008. Our latest project Tom Clancy's The Division was released in March 2016. We also develop our own technology, the Snowdrop Engine, while simultaneously working to take Uplay PC to the next level.

Responsibilities
This is what we think you can do:
Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.

Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.

Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.

Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders across all mediums.
Proven experience managing a busy and demanding workload.
Be fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
Very good knowledge of modern employer branding, social media strategies and story telling.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field(s); Master's degree preferred
2. 5-8 years of HR experience in a high volume hiring environment, with at least 3-5 years of experience leading an HR team or as line manager within business.
3. Demonstrated ability to link HR practices to the needs of the business
4. Experience leading an organization through annual HR practices, including performance management and goal setting, merit/bonus planning, benefits open enrollment, succession planning, etc.
5. Process management skills, with experience in continuous process improvement
