Are you a self-motivated, versatile leader with experience in training and development, designing and implementing training management systems, and large-scale training program management in matrixed organizations?
We are looking for a Hub Training and Development lead who truly enjoy the task of developing employees and organization. You will be the main driver for the deployment of the ITM Academy (Integrated Transformer Management), in training management systems and large-scale training programs and set a stabile ground with on boarding and leadership trainings.
You have a continuous improvement mindset, excellent communication- and facilitation skills to serve you when you collaborate across all levels of the organization. This is a new role with strong mandates and full support from top management.
You will be required to travel within Europe up to 25% in this role.
Your responsibilities
Set strategies, manage trainings and development programs within our ITM system
Develop improved Training management systems to track, monitor and measure effectiveness of training courses-tools
Obtain and/or produce effective training materials utilizing Adult Learning methodologies and develop Trainer capabilities to deliver effective trainings
Manage training, development and on-boarding programs for leaders and manufacturing workforce across Hub Factories and Service centers
Assess current state and recommend improved training solutions to achieve optimum employee performance and development
Develop and define KPIs to measure effectiveness of training and development strategies and processes.
Collaborate with functions across the organization, e.g. Hub leadership team, operations managers, HR Business Partners and support functions to identify training and development structure
Build organizational capability, drive accountability, and increase employee engagement through ITM system implementation.
Your background
Bachelor's degree with several years of experience in training program design, learning and development and/or operations/quality leadership with a proven record in training and employee development.
Experience in leadership with ability to drive continuous process improvements and connect solutions to business needs. Practicing remote leadership is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines, lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience working in a fast paced, continually changing, matrixed manufacturing environment.
Lean management system experience and driving organizational transformation
Fluent in Swedish and English
Project management experience is a plus
Experience with trainings for blue collars/direct employees is a plus.
