As a HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Coordinator you will play an important role within E.ON Climate and Renewables in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. We are looking for a candidate that have experience from similar work and are ready to take the challenge in a big and international environment. We offer you a challenging position with great focus on development.
As a HSSE Coordinator you will work with maintaining, improving, implementing and promoting the HSSE Management System, meeting ISO 14001/OSHAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards, for all technologies and sites through the Nordic HSSE Management System. You will support in ensuring legal HSSE requirements are identified and compliance is evaluated on a regular basis. In the role you will be advising and supporting the country/site and project management and managers in all HSSE matters. You will also support in local planning, steering and follow-up of HSSE measures derived from the requirement in the Nordic HSSE Management system. You will function as a support in the hazard risk assessment processes for activities and plant and the development of operational Risk Assessments and Work Instructions for all maintenance and repair works. As a HSSE Coordinator you will be support in the implementation of E.ON Climate and Renewables contractor management minimum standards in all E.ON Climate and Renewables activities. Ensure effective contractor engagement is established to ensure high HSSE standards when contractors work for E.ON Climate and Renewables. You will support to conduct and document site HSSE audits and inspections on a regular basis and also be helpful in regional and global E.ON Climate and Renewables HSSE initiatives and audit plan.
Academic degree in engineering/safety engineering or similar
Management experience from Health Safety Security Environment and Quality
Experience as HSSE professional, preferably in energy sector or in a operational business
Knowledge and experience from ISO 14001/OSHAS 18001/ISO 45001
National legal requirements and implementation of such requirements within
Successfully developing and maintaining HSSE Management Systems
Experience of managing HSSE challenges in operation, contractors and other stakeholders
Swedish is a requirement together with very good English language skills, Danish and Norwegian are an advantage
Driving licence is a requirement
Good Health, with general all round fitness, able to undertake the Working at Height medical (Mast- och stolparbete), all blocks in the Global Wind Organization basic safety training.

As a person you have highly developed communications skills and you have the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders. You have the ability to approach problems when they appear but you do value structure and accuracy. You have analytical thinking and a strong personal drive to deliver and to work independently. You have easy to build and maintain relationships both within and without the company.
You will be part of an international team and you will therefore need to have the willingness to accept business trips, approximately 20-40 travel days a year.
