hela Sverige This is a role for you who want to provide professional knowledge, experience and advice to Fleet Groups. You will implement and maintain the accreditation of vessels to the requirements of the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention.

Some of your key responsibilities:
• Implementing International Safety Management (ISM) Code and other shipboard audits to achieve and maintain accreditation in accordance with legislative requirements.
• Perform audits in accordance with the requirements of the Company's Management System.
• Liaising with classification societies and flag state administrations on matters related to the Company Safety Management System as required by Line Manager and Senior Management.
• Conducting HSEQ inductions for new Senior Officers and HSEQ briefings with visiting Senior Officers.

It's important that you have the ability to work in a team as well as individually. We believe you know how to organize and prioritize your work and also have good analytical skills.
Qualifications:
• Higher National Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, for example, Marine Engineer or Sea Captain.
• Experience at sea, Sailing as a Deck Officer or Marine Engineer.
• Strong understanding of the key concepts of Health and Safety.
• Knowledge of ISM and understanding of ISO standards and codes.
• Knowledge of incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
