hela Sverige We are now looking for a passionate and competent HRIS Reporting Specialist who wants to play a central role in transforming HR data into meaningful insights to support our HR decisions and business strategies. You will be our reporting expert and have the responsibility for creating, customizing and optimizing reports using our HRIS systems. As a valuable member of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
Collaboration with HR: You will closely collaborate with the HR departments to identify and understand their reporting needs and support in creating insights they need to drive HR strategy forward.
User Support: You will provide support and training to superusers in our business areas in using our HRIS systems for reporting, ensuring they are familiar with the systems.
Data Analysis: You will work closely with the HR Analytics specialists within the organization and business areas to analyse and interpret data, providing valuable insights to support strategic decisions.
Technical Grounding: You will be updated on the latest trends and technologies in HRIS and reporting, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technology use.
Global Reporting: You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and developing global reports that provide a holistic view of our organization.
Reporting Framework: You will build an efficient reporting framework that support our global operations and ensures we have the right data available at the right time.
Stakeholder Engagement: You will actively promote the created reports and insights to engage and inform our stakeholders within the organization.
Projects and Initiatives: You will participate in projects and drive initiatives to ensure data is used strategically, and our HRIS systems are robust and reliable.
Collaboration with Sweco IT: You will collaborate with our IT team to ensure smooth data integration and that we have ta accurate and reliable data available.
You belong to Group HR with a team of seven colleagues and you will report to the Global HRIS Manager.
Background and skills
University degree in Science of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, IT or equivalent degree.
Experience with HRIS systems and reporting.
Communication skills and the ability to collaborate.
Technical proficiency in HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Understanding of a global business operations and reporting requirements.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
