To be responsible for operational HR through to working with the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing organisation. This role will see you provide HR support to Sweden, Norway, Finland.
To coordinate the primary operational functions of the Nordics HR function. To promote the image of the HR department at all levels across the Company. To be responsible for all Nordics HR administration.
As the HRBP your responsibilities will include:
Coach, mentor and support the management teams, specifically when dealing with change management.
Provide professional guidance and support with any reorganisations that may be appropriate. Travel across the region will be part of this role when required.
Implement country HR programs and pro-actively manage the alignment of internal practices with regulatory developments.
Support the leaders of the business and their direct reports and ensure the HR function adapts to meet the strategic direction required. Ensure professional expert HR advice is consistently delivered across all businesses.
Prepare all employment letters, such as salary increase, maternity leave letters and other letters to employees as requested.
Coordinate the new starter process and all associated administration.
Coordinate the leavers' process and all associated administration
Liaise with and work closely the recruitment team.
Performance Management: Assist managers in formally dealing with poor performance. Counsel employees and supervisors.
Employee Relations: Relay relevant information to managers and staff on policies and procedures and employment terms and conditions. Run employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances, supporting the line manager and keeping formal records of meetings.
Assist the HR Business Partner with any HR projects and initiatives as required and own HR initiatives in agreement with HR Business Partner.
