We require versatile talents and are now recruiting a HR System Specialist to the Nordic HR team, based in Stockholm.
Are you a dynamic, system- and number oriented HR System specialist? Then this is an opportunity for you to join Viacom's Nordic HR team. The HR-department in Stockholm is primarily responsible for the Human Resource management in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. In this role you will also cooperate closely and work together with our HR teams in Amsterdam, Berlin and Warsaw. The role will be focusing on HR systems-maintenance and development, administration, reporting, Compensation & Benefits and similar. This role requires experience of managing HR-related questions from employees, since you will be supporting approximately 45 employees in the Nordic countries. You will be reporting to the HR Manager Nordics.
Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll and insurances for all four Nordic countries; continuously quality assure and validate outsourced payroll providers performance
• First point of contact for all employees in the Nordics regarding all HR-related questions. For example salary, insurance and policies
• Invoice management and monitoring HR related costs
• Support the HR-manager in general HR projects, such as employee survey process, performance management process, etc.
• Create, update and communicate the company's policies and assure that they are aligned with local legislation and practice
• Secure that all HR systems constantly contain accurate data
• Reporting of HR-data to relevant stakeholders; updated and quality assured
• Continuously implement, quality assure and test process- and system improvements in alignment with the International system design
• Support HR system projects, such as user trainings and creation of manuals, roll out of additional modules, etc
Requirements:
• Relevant educational background
• At least two years of relevant work experience within the above mentioned areas, preferably in an international organization
• Service-minded, number oriented and self-driven with the ability to handle system complexity
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Project management skills and ability to keep deadlines
• Excellent Excel skills
