The HR Specialist will provide support to the Europe and Global Project HR teams by administering and maintaining the HR systems and processes.
Essential Function
• Provide support to the project HR team by administering and maintaining employee information using HR systems and processes
• Distribute, collect, and track new hire information and enter on to HR systems.
• Maintain files and systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Liaise closely with regional HR team and business partners on a regular basis through each stage of project.
• Update compensation information in HR systems to provide payroll with salary adjustments
• Assist with field employee communications regarding HR programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
• Relevant experience and training required (to provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work)
• Associate's degree preferred

• Strong organizational and research skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to perform data analysis and provide findings and recommendations
• Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time sensitive deadlines
• Experience of HR projects preferred
• Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferably SAP, Success Factors)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• English proficiency required
• Additional language desirable
