A hands-on, proactive HR Specialist to join our team
Do you like to learn new things? Are you proactive and a team player? And do you have an interest in all things related to HR? If so, then you might have the kind of approach and experience we're looking for. Volvo Construction Equipment is currently recruiting for a new HR Specialist in Sweden - and that might be you.
This is a hands-on role that will involve working across disciplines such as compensation and benefit management, workforce analytics and labor relations. You will be expected to juggle multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure and take pride in providing an excellent service. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field, or other education combined with relevant experience within HR field
• 4+ years HR experience to include advising and consulting with managers and employees, union negotiations, creating/facilitating employee training material
• Familiarity with Swedish labor law and collective agreements
• Ability to travel
• Language: Swedish and English - written and spoken
Preferd Skills
• General understanding of the various HR functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to make timely and informed decisions and understand when to escalate issues
• Ability to interface with all employee levels
• Good understanding of HR information systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
