Nasdaq is now looking for a HR Representative / administration (part-time, contract position) to join at the Stockholm office. You will be responsible for supporting a variety of human resource programs.

* Providing support to local managers and employees in HR related matters;
* Coordinating and administering HR related documents;
* Checking and handling documentations; preparing and filling documents, managing emails;
* Maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communication;
* Other day-to-day administrative tasks.



Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications

* Education Required: Degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations or related discipline, or equivalent work experience;
* Experience Required: 0 to 2 years;
* Strong interpersonal qualities that includes attention to details, responsibility, decision - making and organization skills;
* Good command in Microsoft Office package;
* Pro-activeness, hands - on learning attitude and optimistic approach;
* Fluent English and Swedish language skills.



Skills, requirements and Competencies

* Begins to understand HR policies and procedures and applies knowledge to help solve routine HR problems/issues; knows where to obtain more technical information when necessary.
* Learns knowledge of HR programs, understanding the value and impacts of HR programs on employees and the company.
* Develops functional knowledge of HR tools and processes as well as understanding of needs within the business unit/organization.
* Builds understanding and knowledge of how to apply relevant local and national statutory and regulatory requirements affecting Compensation practices.
* Takes notes in planning discussions with internal customers to gain a basic understanding of their strategies and challenges.
* Learns how to view decisions and consider solutions from the customer's perspective, developing a basic understanding of the way business is done within the organization.
* Demonstrates basic understanding of relevant markets, business strategies and operating environments.
* Learns about department and functional resources and how to access the resources that will be needed to complete one's work.
* Listens to and observes others to gain insight into differing organizational perspectives. Learns who the key players and resources are within the team and business area and begins to develop a network of peers.
* Learns about the differing HR offerings and intricacies of the business unit and provides basic HR information to managers, as needed.
* Performs basic analyses on organizational data and compiles preliminary reports based on the results.
* Listens to and observes others to gain insight into differing employee and organizational perspectives.
* Participates on projects to develop a basic understanding of change management strategies and operational issues.
* Learns to identify key stakeholders in a change process and assists with stakeholder assessment.
* Adapts to and adopts new ways of working to support the business; proactively asks questions to understand why things are done the way they are.
* Listens to and begins to understand feedback from internal customers. Learns how to interpret decisions and consider solutions from the internal customer's perspective.
* Takes notes during employee relations meetings/ cases, consolidating and providing the notes to supervisor and/or colleague.
