If you are looking for an opportunity to gain some experience within HR, recruitment and administration, this is a great opportunity! To qualify for an internship you need to be entitled to do so, either through your education or via Arbetsförmedlingen.
What will you do?
As in an HR Recruitment Intern you will get a chance to spend your days with our recruitment team. Since it is peak season, you will get the opportunity to learn all about our seasonal recruitment process and be a part of each step of the way. You will get to interact with our future colleagues but also learn how we administrate it all. We want this to be developing for you, so you will be able to get a lot of responsibility and be deeply involved in our daily work.
Areas you will get to take part in:
• Handling applications and call candidates for interviews
• Prepare, coordinate and assist during recruitment seminars as well as company introduction for seasonal recruitments
• Administer and schedule training courses and medical examinations for new hires
• Support our recruiters in the administration of hiring seasonal personnel
• Assist in projects and development of processes and routines
• Other administrative tasks of your interest
Who are you?
You need to be entitled to do an internship, either through your education or via Arbetsförmedlingen. We are looking for you who studies Human Resources, Business Administration or similar. You can also have some experience of recruitment or administration and are interested in doing an internship to learn more about how we work.
At Stena Line your personality is the most important thing. And we are looking for someone with a keen interest to learn new things, that can work in a structured and organized way. You are keen on getting things done and are flexible, social person with a lot of motivation. Being a true team player is no news, and if you have innovative ideas about how to make our processes and administration easier and more effective, bring it on!
Practical information and application
