Based on our People strategy, we continue to develop core processes in People management aligned with business operations.

As one member in our team takes a new management position and as our mission expands, we are now looking for 2 Business Developers / Project Managers.

The role as Business developer and Project manager at HR Project Management Office is central in driving the shift in People management and consists of :

Supporting the development of the overall People Strategy and Lead-processes in cooperation across all Business Units from a global perspective
Prepare strategic decisions for deciding forums with Scania Management and Executive Board
From a global perspective facilitate the organisation in the continuous development of processes, systems and methods
To coach, support and challenge the organisation, on an overall level, in optimizing processes connected to strategical goals and directions
Develop and coach in concepts and methods for mapping processes and continuous improvements
Manage cross-functional and strategic projects according to our project management models
Continuously report the project status to the Scania management
Manage, control and follow-up the strategical business development project portfolio, projects and programmes and by that harmonise and consolidate all strategical initiatives
Coordinate business intelligence and perform benchmark to secure the latest know-how in the People Management areas and according to the Scania Way culture and mind-set

Your profile
You are an experienced leader. Knowledge about Scania and Scania 's methods and processes is a qualification. To succeed in this position you need to be strong in building teams, cross-functional work, be communicative, show drive and initiative and be energized by challenges.
