What you will do:
We are now looking for People Experience Partners to NOVO Energy, both to the R&D and Production organization. You will play a crucial role in our journey building the Gigafactory and creating future innovative industry. As People Experience Partner you will work closely with leaders to support our business to meet our plans. Our main focus within the People Experience organization, is to attract, motivate and retain the right employees to support this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and communication of HR initiatives, policies, processes, and procedures. Drive and participate in developing our company culture and employee engagement.
- Support and coach managers to attract, develop and retain our people and to build leadership capabilities and a great employee experience
- Be an ambassador in developing the future industry in all organizational aspects incl strategic workforce planning (resources and competencies)
- Execute HR deliverables in line with the people strategy and business needs
- Act as an advisor to your stakeholders
- Implement and develop HR tools and systems
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvements
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to hire the best talent
- In the start-up phase, you will be involved in many different areas such as relocation, onboarding and other administrative tasks

Skills & Requirements
Education/Experiences:
- You have a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fields
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience incl HR Business partnering
- You have a proven track record of delivering strategic and operational HR support
- Good knowledge and experience of Swedish labor law, labor relations, work environment, rehabilitation processes
- English and Swedish, both written and verbal

Our Gigafactory in Gothenburg will be one of the largest cell production facilities in Europe, with a potential annual cell production capacity of up to 50 gigawatt hours (GWh) - thereby enabling a supply of batteries for approximately half a million Volvo and Polestar cars per year. Our state-of-the-art R&D facility will gather leading expertise from all over the world, to create the next generation battery cells.
