What will you do?
In this new, challenging role you will be in charge of the development of HR people analytics within the Stena Line Group. With the strategic HR business plan in mind, you will collect and analyze employee data to create and develop people analytics reports for our field of business. By doing so you are able to analyze and give proactive support in important business decisions to take Stena Line's business strategy to the next level.

You will also:

• Create and develop people analytic KPI's and reports
• Recommend business process improvements within HR
• Take active part and/or drive HR projects/implementation
• Develop tools for people related budgeting and forecasting
• Act as a resource within controlling for HR-functions

Who are you?
Since you are a people analytics wizard, we think you have worked within this field for at least three years and preferably with controlling. You are data driven and highly analytical, with the ability to transform data and trends into powerful strategies and compelling messages. Communicating complex analytical insight to a non-technical audience comes easily and you have strong social as well as collaborative skills. You are a natural organizer with attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy. Since you clearly are driven by coming up with solutions and being service-minded, you can lead and direct yourself in a sometimes uncertain world.

To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in English and have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
