HR Partner
We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Partner to run the show for approximatly 7 months for People & Organisation (P&O) in Lund, Sweden.
You will build strong partnerships with line management by proactively identifying HR challenges and provide HR support that facilitates line management in achieving their business goals. You will also be a part of Novozymes Biopharma Management team and managing the P&O function (one direct report).
Novozymes is a biotech-based world leader in enzymes and micro organism and we employ more than 5,000 people in 30 countries. P&O plays an important role to ensure that Novozymes has the people and organisation necessary to support the continued growth of the company.
As member of our Regional P&O organisation, you will be among highly professional colleagues. The atmosphere is ambitious but also informal and we value a good sense of humour. You will work in Lund and report to a P&O Partner, who is placed in Denmark.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant Master's degree and have at least 3 years of experience from a similar position as HR partner. You thrive both on getting hardcore, operational tasks done and facilitate development processes with individuals and in groups.
You are a strong relation builder who likes the challenge of being the member of a networked and complex organisation. You are a strong communicator in both Swedish and English. Experience from an international organization will be an advantage.
You are a self-starter who likes to take the lead and drive processes. You set high standards and strive for creating results. You are very structured and manage to keep an overview and prioritise in a busy and demanding everyday life.
Challenges
You have your own area of responsibility, primarily the Swedish site in Lund and will provide advice and support within a range of HR services:
• Legal aspects and labour relations related to contracts, personnel issues, etc.
• MBL-negotiations and handling the yearly Salary review
• Performance management (support to managers)
• Facilitating processes such as follow up on climate surveys
• Responsible for the Time Management system
• Maintenance of Employee Handbook
• Recruiting and effective onboarding of new recruits
