Summary
Now we are looking for an HR Operations Lead in Sweden for a period of 12-18 months. This is a great opportunity for you that would like to make a difference in an organization starting an exciting new chapter and join a highly engaged and competent HR team. You can be based in Kista or Lund. You will be a part of an organization in change and support your Nordic colleagues with various HR tasks and projects, while mainly focusing on driving an efficient and high performing HR operations.
The team is located in our four Nordic countries, and you will report directly to the HR Manager for the Nordics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Implements HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of business objectives and of desired organizational design/culture.
Gives general support in all areas of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, performance, and development through to leavers e.g., coaching managers, supporting HRBP.
Supports the revision and development of policies and processes as directed.
Lead of the yearly salary revision process including e.g., salary mapping, union negotiations, global and local process.
Support payroll coordination with external partner
Lead on Compensation and Benefits e.g., data collection and reporting to external parties when it comes to salary, pension, insurances.
Data management SME (Workday)
Develop and maintain strong working partnership with key stakeholders in global, regional cluster and local level.
Acts as an active member of the Nordic HR team to collaborate on Nordic HR projects and tasks.

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent English, both oral and written, fluent Swedish or any other Scandinavian language will be an asset.
Interest and background in compensation and benefits (pension, insurances, salary etc.).
Interest and background in one or more Nordic countries legal landscape
Strong skills in Excel and power point
Interest and background in working with systems, data, reporting (Workday experience is a benefit)
Structured and organized.
Team player and highly collaborative
Highly independent/taking accountability.
Pragmatic
Works with speed while paying close attention to detail.
