Bluetest AB is a world leading company within testing of wireless products. Our products are used to verify performance of wireless devices and small antennas. We have customers worldwide, among them the largest mobile phone manufacturers, operators, and wireless device manufacturers. Bluetest is frequently expanding with new products on new markets.

Our current HR manager will during the upcoming year be on parental leave, and Bluetest is looking for an ambitious person, who is eager to develop the HR function further. Bluetest is changing rapidly and each employee plays an important part in the international organization. The new HR Manager will be part of the management team and will actively participate in the company's development. The position reports directly to Bluetest's CEO. The work is located at our headquarters in Gothenburg and the extent is approx. 50-75 % (20-30 h/week), which can be discussed. The position will continue until January 2017, with chances for further extension.

Work tasks include:
• Responsibility for the whole HR cycle (recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, international assignments, retention), work environment, arising personnel issues, etc.
• Interpretation of the collective agreement and co-operation/negotiations with the unions.
• Salary, insurance and pension administration.
• Support to managers and co-workers in Sweden, China and USA regarding all arising HR issues.
• Continuous development of HR strategies and related processes.
• Some office management.

We believe that you have:
• A higher education in HR, personnel administration or similar.
• 3-5 years' work experience of HR within a dynamic international organization.
• Good understanding and experience of labor law in Sweden, and preferably also China and USA.
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken. Additional language skills are appreciated.
• Excellent experience in computer-based work, especially the Office package and salary systems.
• Experience and understanding of change management.
