What you'll do
In this HR position you serve as account manager, responsible for aligning HR services to global business needs and act as an active member within People Experience and Volvo Car Engine Skövde different business units. You translate business needs/improvement areas into HR requirements and actions. As HR Manager you support and challenge the customer in strategic and operational areas to deliver on short and long term goals. You play an active part in daily work, as well as in development projects and activities initiated by HR and customers.
You will define and work with the organisational capabilities required to execute the business strategy. Drive People StrategyIn this role you will have the possibility to proactively develop, support and monitor actions linked to improved organisational health and increased performance. A big part of the role is collaboration within the different People Experience functions both global and other plants in Sweden, this to secure innovative HR solutions and efficiency in HR services.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for someone that is curios and who has a genuine interest in HR and people. In order to succeed in this role you need to have very strong collaborative skills and the ability to handle ambiguity and manage change. To be prosperous in this role you need to bring experience from the broader field of HR and you need to have distinctive Business and performance focus.
You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment on both strategical and tactical levels and you have strong business acumen skills. Furthermore we believe you have strong analytical and decision making skills as well as awesome verbal and written communication skills. As a person you are communicative and can easily adapt to changes. You have high integrity, courage and great energy. And above all you like to have fun at work.
