Overview
The HR Manager supports the delivery of the HR strategy for one or more Hygiene Business Units in a Country/Cluster. The role works in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable Hygiene Business Units in a Country/Cluster to effectively deliver their people plans. The role provides HR services that deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with other specialist HR functions. You will be responsible for around 320 SCA employees and have direct contact with around 30-40 Managers. You will be part of a Nordic HR organization and have many international contacts. You will be reporting to HR Director Nordic and be located in Mölndal/Gothenburg.

Academic education with the HR area
3-5 years of experience working as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
Even though you will work in a process-driven environment, it is important that you are independent and able to make decisions on your own. It is meritorious to have experience working from a large international company.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Works as HRM partner to assigned local business teams to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR issues related to performance management, organizational and people development and change management
Supports the development and delivery of business unit related topics in the Country/Cluster e.g. development activities, small organization or structure changes, data collection, interpretation and evaluation of appropriate remuneration issues
Equip key assigned local business teams with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management, development of teams etc.
Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad and local range of human resource policies programs and practices
Advise on labour law, collective agreement and policy related issues concerning employees to make sure that SCA is compliant
Responsible for employee onboarding plan, process, activities and follow up
Prepares job/position descriptions
Initiates recruitment process with Staffing Manager but HR Manager is responsible for Hire and Fire

Required Education & Experience
Academic education with the HR area
3-5 years of experience working as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
Fluent in both English and Swedish
