Jobdescription
As a HR manager you’ll be responsible for our Swedish HR team and work with a diversity of tasks. You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Working with management on Employee Relations issues and advices and guides management to legally compliant results
• Make sure that Management and Employees have a quality and consistent Employee Relations HR service that contributes to the business strategy and is legally compliant.
• Performance Management
• Handling Employment Tribunals
• Keeping the organization informed of any changes in advance of the change and update HR Policies.
• Updating the Terms and Conditions of Employment.
• Rolling out new Employment Law Policies to the HR Department and colleagues to the business
• Keep contact with unions and employer organizations and ensure a good relationship.
• Work closely with our Safety committee to ensure work environment improvements.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• 8 years experience working broad within HR and at least 2 years in a HR Management role.
• Excellent Labor Law Knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Excellent communication & influencing skills
• Analytical skills – ability to identify, define and problem solve
It’s an advantage if you have prior experience from working at an international company where English is the corporate language.
For this position it’s important for you to be analytic, responsive, and have good leadership- skills.

You will work in the Nordic organization based in Stockholm, Sweden.
