Job description
As HR Generalist you’ll have a variety of tasks and you’ll be the interface towards external suppliers such as managers and employees. You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Recruitment, E2E process
• On-/ off boarding
• New employee introduction training
• Manager Training
• Mentorship program
• Manager Support
• Update the HR portal
• Contact with agencies and other suppliers
• Ensure internal compliance when it comes local legislation
• Events
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management.
• 3-4 years experience within HR, preferably within recruitment or in a generalist role.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Experience from an international company is an advantage.
Organization:
You will work in the Nordic organization based in Sweden.
