We are now looking for an experienced and committed HR Generalist to support and guide our managers within both Sandvik Machining Solutions and Sandvik Coromant through various HR issues. In this role, you take part in an interesting, inspiring and challenging journey that requires your commitment to contribute to the success of our business, take responsibility for our local HR delivery and managing common HR topics.
This position is located in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
As an HR Generalist you encourage improvements and deliver results both as an individual and as part of a team. You support the organization at our site in Sandviken on various HR issues, providing expert advice on disciplinary and health related cases as well as conflict and crisis handling. You are also responsible for offering coaching, advice and guidance to our line managers and employees, in order to ensure quality deliveries.
We are looking for someone with a degree in HR, or a similar field, and at least three years' experience of working as an HR professional. You have an interest in contractual matters and have extensive knowledge of country labor legislation. Furthermore, you have an understanding of HR best practices in employee relations, performance management and organizational support: including identifying risk and potential legal issues. To succeed in this position, you have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
