Your mission

We are on a mission to revolutionise health care, enabling anyone, regardless of their location, to be diagnosed by a medical professional and we are looking for talents who share our passion. We need to grow our HR team with an positive team player so that we can reach our ambitious goals. You will help us making KRY the best healthcare supplier and employer in the world.

The HR team has just been established and we have an ambitious and exciting roadmap ahead of us; from establishing people processes and software to build our Employer Brand and align the HR strategy with the business plan. As a HR Generalist you will work with a wide span of responsibilities but at least half of your time will be spent on Talent Acquisition and our hiring processes. You will report to Head of HR.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and implement our Employer Brand strategy
• Communicate with potential candidates on all channels
• Establish recruitment processes and metrics and implement in Applicant Tracking System
• Support hiring managers throughout recruitment processes; source candidates, coordinate interviews, do screening interviews, track and analyse metrics, coach interviewers and make sure we provide a fair and exciting candidate experience
• Implement and handle administration of HR software and tools so that we always have correct data, reports and people analytics
• Handle administration of compensation & benefits
• Create HR presentations to candidates and employees
• Act as Project member in various HR and change projects
• Always evaluate our people processes and look for new creative solutions to improve and inspire
• Constantly and proactively support KRYs employees, enabling them to work at their best potential

Required experience and skills

• 2+ years of work experience with broader HR admin/operations, recruitment or employer branding
• Degree in relevant field and a track record of being a doer, having delivered HR initiatives and change activities independently and successfully
• Experience of recruitment processes and interviewing candidates
• Good knowledge of external communications and social media
• Ability to be structured and efficientwith attention to detail
• A dedication to being creative and process driven at the same time, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
• Fluent skills in English, in speaking as well as writing

It is a plus if you

• have experience with Swedish labor law
• are familiar with the global tech and/or health care industry, understanding an agile way of working and talking
• Have additional language skills
