Are you ready for an exciting new challenge within the Global Sales HR Team? Are you ready to support H&M Country Teams?
Sales HR is a department within the H&M Sales Team, responsible for supporting Country Teams with recruiting, talents, training and development of Store Teams and Area Teams.
We're now looking for one strong leader who will support part of the H&M markets

Your main responsibility is to support the countries in having the BEST TEAMS by focusing mainly on the following areas:

Recruitment
• Secure that the countries have quantitative and qualitative recruitment
• Adapt global recruiting material, tools and process to fit store/country needs if necessary
• Share best practices and support the countries

Development and training
• Focus on people development and share best practices
• Adapt and develop trainings for Store and Area Teams positions if needed

Talents
• Talent identification and development: Work close to Country Teams for identifying and developing our talents into successful careers and brand ambassadors
• Share best practices for talent management, i.e., how to grow our people

Your skills
We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who:
• has a high level of salesmanship with the customer at the heart of the business
• is strongly business and people minded
• has proven strong leadership skills and experience (> 4-5 years on a national or global level)
• is guided by our values
• is able to create good relations and work process with local teams
• Fluent in English, both writing and communicating

Since the position involves understanding of Store, Area and Country Teams, it is also a big plus if you have a strong Store-Business or/and HR background.
The position is stationed in H&M HO Stockholm and requires extensive travelling.
