To manage the financial and commercial affairs of the Siemens OneHR function of the country to ensure the provision of a cost effective service delivery and governance function which supports the strategic operational goals of the NWE Cluster Organisation.
In partnership with Head of HR, lead the HR Function Budget Process for the Country (including co-ordination of GSS HR to the process) and ensure proper approval and communication to all relevant stakeholdes (Cluster HR, Country Management, Sectors)
Take responsibility for the set-up and embedding of effective financial processes, charging methodologies and authorisation protocols of the HR Organisation.
Develop a strong working relationship with Cluster Infrastructure Controlling function to ensure adequate finance support provision is delivered to the HR Function and conversely that all required HR Function financial commitments are met towards that function.
