We're now looking for an HR Director for our European operations . It's a new position and will be based at our Swedish HQ in Kungälv, Sweden. The HR Director will be a part of the Management Team and reports directly to the CEO and the divisional managers. There's also a dotted line to the Senior VP Human Resources at our NEP global HQ in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
We are certain that the right HR professional (you?) will help us sharpen the edge that we believe make us truly unique; our people. Since the position is new, we want you to build up a strategy, processes and policies within HR in order for us to improve the way we work together. The purpose is obvious; improve business results by developing the people who make it possible. Having said that, it is important that you have done this before or have a very clear picture of how to make it possible.
NEP/Mediatec has a culture of strong entrepreneurship and "can-do"-mindset. Considering the nature of our business services, our operations are mainly based on project-deliveries with extremely clear and logical milestones.
You are an HR professional with at least 8 years experience of working with HR in a broad role, most likely as HR Manager in an international company. Apart from education and experience, we know that right attitude and personality is key for succes in this role.
