We are looking for a highly motivated and business driven HR Director to support WirelessCar in an exciting period characterized by extensive growth and recruitment while building a strong WirelessCar culture and brand.

The position will include responsibility for strengthening WirelessCar's position as world leading connected solutions provider through a work force characterized by continuous improvement, customer and industry insight, high quality, innovation and creativity by supporting WirelessCar 's management teams and managers and driving an HR & Culture focus within WirelessCar.

You will report directly to the Managing Director WirelessCar and be part of WirelessCar's management team where you will be responsible for the HR and culture area, but you are also expected to have relevant IT and business knowledge to be able to contribute to other parts of the management team's strategic work.

Key Responsibilities
As HR Director, your key responsibilities are to:
• Proactively work with HR strategies to make WirelessCar an inspirational workplace
• Support all managers and management teams in WirelessCar in all HR related matters and continuous develop leadership skills for both line and functional managers
• Coordinate the global HR work for WirelessCar with sites outside of Sweden, currently China and US
• Driving internal and external employer branding for WirelessCar including to implement, strengthen and develop the WirelessCar culture
• Coordinate WirelessCar's recruitment activities and support managers in the recruitment process including improving and developing this process
• Drive the review and implementation of WirelessCar's global jobs and assessment framework
• Coordinate the health and safety agenda/activities for WirelessCar Sweden
• Be responsible for cooperation and negotiations with Swedish unions for WirelessCar
• Collaborate with HR functions within the Volvo Group to secure alignment and successful execution of all HR related activities
• Actively work with the development of your direct reports and the HR team, which will be built up during first half of 2018
• Actively participate in the development of WirelessCar into an independent company with a strong own culture and attractive offering as employer of choise

Competence Profile & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you have:
• Experience and proven track record from the HR area on both local and global level
• Relevant experience from the IT industry and from the IT product development business in particular
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High integrity and courage to drive and implement changes
• Successfully built excellent working relationships
• Excellent skills and ability to work in a fast paced, multicultural and diverse environment and are stress resilient
• Fluent in English; both written and spoken
• A Master's degree or equivalent knowledge obtained from work experience
• Experience from leadership development including having worked as manager on different levels yourself since a large part of the work consists of supporting line managers and fully understanding their challenges
