The fact that more than 10.000 engines and components leave our plant every day is a masterpiece of professional companionship and collaboration. As HR Director in our Skövde plant, you are the balance artist who gravitate when things start spinning to fast. We need you tokeep the organization healthy and in balance. We also need you to see to that we are inconstant improving motion, truly driving prosperity by protecting human rights and aiming tobe safer and fossil free. You love the challenges our high pace and result oriented environment brings.
The HR team are changing the world every day! It is a requirement to work in this team. They are dedicated super moms and super dads, environmental promoters, animal lovers and football supporters. Your first team - the Skövde plant management team - is brilliant! And consists of 13 team members with approximately 3500 fantastic people reporting to them. The position is located at the plant in Skövde. It is a social job with a true intellectual challenge. We care about people, growth, excellence and results.
