The opportunity
XLASH is now recruiting a new, exciting position as HR Coordinator. This is a project-based employment (duration 6 months) where you will play an important role in creating and implementing all HR related processes, routines and frameworks.
The role will include, but not be limited to, the following areas:
• Recruitment administration (create interview guides and organizational charts)
• GDPR and workplace policies
• Equal pay surveys
• Salary and pension policies
• Labour law
• Administration and assistance in various matters
In this role, you will be working with most of the organization and report to responsible HR consultant. The role is based at the Stockholm office at Birger Jarlsgatan, only a few quick steps from where the action is.
Who you are
We think that you have a bachelor's or master's degree within Business Management or Human Resources. Furthermore you have some administrative experience, are a tech person and has experience from implementation projects and/or the start-up industry.
As a person, we believe that you like taking own initiatives and used to working in an efficient and goal-oriented way. You thrive when there's lots on the table and when you get to own your own tasks. Furthermore we believe that you can question ways of working and wants to find best practice in all HR areas.
