TASKS

You will:

• Develop a deep understanding of business goals to build a strong consultative relationship with client groups.
• Provide proactive and strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives in client groups.
• Advise managers on performance-related issues pertaining to their teams-coach line managers on how to handle delicate employee relations situations.
• Assist with workforce planning, partner with Talent Management on the recruitment process, and onboarding new hires.
• Partner with HR colleagues to develop and implement specific programs directly aligned to business strategy, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and recognition, and career development.
• Play a proactive role in retaining positive employee relations, a motivated team, and in scaling our culture.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of employment law requirements to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with U.S. Headquarters' HR Management

YOUR PROFILE

We seek a highly dedicated, motivated, and passionate technical and customer-focused Human Resources Coordinator who will strive to find the best solutions to problems using the right tools to join the INVIDI family. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will demonstrate a structured and systematic way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks.

You are a self-starter, process and systems driven in a fast-paced environment to achieve success. An ideal candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to optimizing recruiting processes for structured Agile/scrum teams, as well as demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service in a consultative manner.

Requirements:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Broad knowledge of EMEA and HR best practice.
• Up to two years HR experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deliverables.
• Soft skill sets required for team dynamics and cross collaboration
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
