We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our client's Immigration & Relocation team in Södertälje for a 1-year assignment, covering for parental leave.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive HR administration and immigration support.
• Assist employees and their families with work permits and other immigration-related queries.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all tasks, contributing to a seamless immigration process.
Education & Experience:
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in HR administration, particularly in immigration.
• Familiarity with the complexities of migration laws and processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Skills & Attributes:
• Exceptional communication skills, in Swedish.
• A true team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a structured manner.
