HR Consultant for automotive retail customers
The Retail HR Consultant is responsible for the HR development within the dealership organization, to decrease staff fluctuation, improve candidate selection and to increase employee motivation, satisfaction and efficiency, for our client in the Nordics. The Retail HR Consultant identifies development need within the dealer organization, steers the HR consulting activities to be the best service and acts as an interface to all relevant programs/projects within Retail HR services and such as Retail Performance Management, Strengthening Retail competence.

Your responsibilities:
• Analyse and define scope for Retail HR management and personnel development within Retail business
• Consult the dealer organization about HR (e.g. remuneration, annual appraisal, employee satisfaction)
• Establish and maintain competence profiles (for dealerships)
• Identification and steering of relevant Consultants or Coaches
• Development and support of dealer organization with an organisational and qualitative process description
• Analysis of penetration rates and preparation of action plan proposals
• Sustainability of all retail HR concepts within a market
• Developing and implementation of a process for conduction employee surveys in dealerships
Your Qualifications:
• University level education or equivalent
• Experience in the area of HR Consulting (4+ years)
• Experience within the automotive dealer network
• Service orientation
• Strategic and structured thinking
• Proficient language skills in Swedish and English
