We can now offer a new exciting opportunity to join our HR team located in Gärtuna, as Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) supporting Sweden Biomanufacturing Center.

The Sweden Biomanufacturing Center (SBC) is a strategic investment to support AstraZeneca's growing biologic product portfolio, it 's the primary launch site for Biological products. What you will do

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be partnering with the Manufacturing and Facilities & Engineering functions within SBC. You will work closely with line management to support the overall ramp-up and you will be responsible for implementing company strategy related to Human Resources and play a key part in formulating policies and procedures. Your role will include managing projects in multidisciplinary areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, people management, employee relations, and change management. You will also work in close collaboration with Unions and ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements.

We work with a right first time attitude supporting the overall strategy of our business, measuring our progress along the way.

You will report directly to Cecilie Kvamer Sehlstedt, HR Director and will join a very collaborative team, supporting the whole site. We work cross functionally with other areas of HR to reach solutions and drive continous improvements of our processes with the HR CoE's, (Centres of Excellence), and the business. Further you will also:

* Monitor and guide managers in the core processes delivery of people processes
* Lead one or more HR process and/or project
* Support operational HR administration and services at a local level, driven by internal and external suppliers
* Assure tasks are of the accurate quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards

In order to succeed in this role, you have:

You must have solid communication and influencing skills and be proficient in both written and spoken English, in addition to Swedish (or other Scandinavian language). We also value that you have an agile approach and consider yourself to be a self-starter, willing to work independently and as part of a team. Your ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, and to challenge and coach their people- and organization related decisions is essential.

* Academic degree in HR, social sciences, labour law, business or equivalent
* At least 5 years training/experience from transactional HR and/or local labour law(s)
* Curiosity about growing your business acumen and HR "toolbox"
* Proven experience from planning, communicating and driving processes and projects all the way to the finish line.
* Experience from people management within production is desirable
* Experience of working in a multinational, matrix organisation
* Ability to manage competing tasks efficiently and prioritize workload within a matrix environment
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
* Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
