This role will provide support to our community based in Gothenburg Sweden where we currently have approx. 1100 employees.

The role will provide primary support to our line manager community and assist them in creating and maintaining high performing teams.

As HR function we are vital in making AZ and Gothenburg a Great Place to Work by supporting our managers to be the best managers they can be and as such engage, motivate, challenge and coach their employees to deliver with excellence.

You will work closely with other elements of our HR organisation such as Services, Recruitment, Compensation etc. to ensure line managers have access to a fully integrated HR approach. The HRBP will report to the Head of IMED HR but work closely on a day to day basis with one of our Global HRBPs based in Gothenburg.

The successful candidate needs to be confident and capable working with business leaders through coaching but also able to work effectively across HR disciplines to ensure HR issues are resolved at the right level in a speedy and customer centric way.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner will:

* Participate in setting and executing against the strategic direction of the business area
* Responsible for managing projects in multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, people management, employee relations and change management.
* Liaises with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions
* Works across the HR function and business, seeks to ensure interventions are integrated in a consistent way that supports AZ 's organisational objectives.
* Coaches, supports, mentors and challenges managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure
* Drives and supports the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions

Skills, Capabilities & Education:
This role has mainly a local remit but includes working across cultures and countries and the HRBP must therefore demonstrate the ability to work globally and build relationships with global HR colleagues as well as global managers across all functional areas within IMED. The following skills/capabilities are key for the role:

* Business acumen
* Influencing skills
* Facilitation skills

Further, as candidate you have BSc or MSc in Human Resource Management and around 5 years ' experience from working with HR in global companies.
Managerial experience is a big advantage as well as experience from working in several companies. You have a strong drive and energy, are used to lead your own work and don 't hesitate to step into new areas and tasks.
You have high integrity and are used to work in teams but can also plan and execute individual tasks.

About the employment
The assignment will start as soon as possible and be for 1 year to start. As a consultant, you are employed in Adecco Sweden.
