hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Keystone Education Group AB i Stockholm As an HR Business Partner you'll support the business by working closely with managers, never dropping the ball of ensuring a high level of employee engagement. We are an international company and the managers and employees that you will support are located mainly in Sweden but also in Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, and in the UK. In this role you are reporting to the CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) of Keystone and will have close collaboration with the rest of the HR squad, consisting of 10 amazing people located throughout Europe.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with and consult the managers to ensure that we attract, recruit, retain and develop the best employees for our mission.
• Be the go-to person for all managers and employees in all HR related matters.
• Identify areas of improvements within the teams focused on the "best people for the mission" and provide necessary tools for improvements.
• Support with employee administration such as employment contracts, work permits, visa questions etc.
• Implement and locally adapt to global HR processes, guidelines & policies directed by our HR Project Manager.
• Lead and/or contribute to internal HR projects.
Who are vi looking for?
• You have 2+ years of experience from a similar role.
• You feel comfortable sharing your HR expertise and knowledge in a way that enables learning and development of the people around you.
• You like the mix of working operationally and strategically.
• You have knowledge of Swedish labor law (extra plus if you also have some knowledge of labor law in Germany, Finland and/or Denmark).
• You communicate in Swedish and English at a professional level, - both verbally and in writing.
• You are a natural team player who likes to have fun at work!
